We act as your logistics department, operating 24/7. Upon receipt of your request, we initiate a global sourcing process: an immediate search for the nearest available flights and/or cargo capacity (on both freighter and passenger aircraft), instant documentation, express cargo handling, and shipment tracking at every stage.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does cargo delivery take?
Air cargo delivery timelines depend on the route and shipping conditions. If a direct flight operates between the departure and destination airports with no additional procedures required, the cargo is typically delivered within 24 hours. In other cases, timelines are calculated individually based on all parameters provided by the shipper.
Total delivery time is influenced by several factors:
  • Route distance. The greater the distance between the points of departure and destination, the longer the flight duration. When direct flights are unavailable, transit shipment with cargo transfer may be required.
    Number of transit points. Each intermediate stop increases total delivery time, as it may require waiting for the next flight or cargo reloading.
    Flight frequency and aircraft types on the route. On less congested routes, flights are less frequent, so when demand increases, waiting for available cargo capacity may occur.
    Flight load factors. During periods of high demand, such as before holiday seasons, the volume of cargo being shipped increases, which may affect departure timelines.
    External circumstances. The shipment may be affected by weather conditions, government-imposed airspace restrictions, technical factors, and other unforeseen situations.
The standard process is as follows:
1. You submit a cargo transportation request.
2. We prepare a commercial offer outlining the route, terms, and cost of transportation.
3. A dedicated account manager explains all stages of the shipment.
4. You clarify any details as needed.
5. All transportation parameters and timelines are agreed upon.
6. A freight forwarding agreement is concluded, and a forwarder instruction is signed.
7. Cargo capacity (payload) is booked with the air carrier.
8. The cargo is transported in accordance with the terms agreed upon by both parties.
9. Our manager oversees all stages of the shipment, keeping the client regularly and promptly informed of each completed step.
10. The cargo is delivered to the agreed destination.
A standard set of documents is required for air cargo transportation:

• Invoice (stating the value of the cargo);
• Packing list describing the contents, number of pieces, weight, and dimensions;
• Air Waybill (AWB) containing information about the cargo and the terms of transport, which may be prepared by our company based on the data provided by the customer;
• Any other permits and accompanying documents required for the specific type of cargo (e.g., safety data sheet, veterinary or phytosanitary certificate, certificate of conformity, safety certificate, etc.).
